Lovely :)
Happy New Year to you and your family, dear Sister :) May Allah bless you all with health, happiness, and ever increasing love and wisdom. Ameen.
Ya Haqq!
As-salaamu 'alaikum
Ha, I see you have posted recitation by Mihsary Rashid al-Afasy too!
What I wanted to do is to single out all the verses that would be ideal for atheist and agnostics in terms of getting them to think, verses such as:
“Tell Me! The seed that you sow in the ground. Is it you that make it grow, or are We the Grower? Were it Our Will, We could crumble it to dry pieces, and you would be regretful (or left in wonderment). (Saying): ‘We are indeed Mughramun (i.e. ruined or lost the money without any profit, or punished by the loss of all that we spend for cultivation, etc.)!’ ‘Nay, but we are deprived!’ Tell Me! The water that you drink. Is it you who cause it from the rain clouds to come down, or are We the Causer of it to come down? If We willed, We verily could make it salt (and undrinkable); why then do you not give thanks (to Allaah)?” (Qur’aan, 63-70)
I would like to take each verse and compile them together onto one video file with English translation, not that I know yet how I will do that technically! If you can think of any relevant verses please let me know!
Jazak'Allaahu khair!
Was-salaamu 'alaikum
