That is very interesting. Question, is the Telmud the exact same thing as the current day Oldtestement in the bible? Or is it all together different? Thanks :)
The Jewish women too cover their heads all the time? *confused*. I haven't seen any!
It is in leviticus that married women must coer their hair, and their arms to below the elbow. Othe specifics from their other sources of law state that the their chest must be covered up to the collar bone and that legs must at least be covered to below the knee. Some allow the wearing of a wig to cover the hair and some only allow a headscarf to cover hair. Orthodox jews tend to be the only ones that observe this, as with many aspects of judaism such as not shaking hands or having any physical contact with the opposite gender.
