The shofar (שופר) is a Jewish instrument most often made from a ram’s horn, though it can also be made from the horn of a sheep or goat. It makes a trumpet-like sound and is traditionally blown on Rosh HaShanah, the Jewish New Year.

Assalaamu'alaykum wa rahmatullah
Nice post dear sister. I am just a silent reader here but I found this simple post quite charming. We had also discussed among our friends about Shofar last time.
I enjoy reading this blog. Many people in my country and everywhere had misunderstood our brethren, the 'Israelites' and I feel very sad. It's just cultural matters I guess.
Prayer for mercy, peace, and love for nations, amin!
@sinner in repentance - Jazaki Allahu Khayrn! I'm glad you're not a "silent reader here" anymore! Hoping to hear more from you in the future Insha Allaah!
It's nice that some people make like honor or tribute to the 9/11 so sad that attack.
